I am grateful that life has taught me to love and appreciate nature.  I look forward to when the skies clear so that I can appreciate the sunset again.        

Let me start by telling you a bit about myself before I had my daughter. I was your classic, Type-A overachiever who desperately wanted everyone around her to be pleased with her at all times.

Love and listening are transformative, and if we are able to begin by offering them to ourselves, first, we can meet our world with that love and listening.
