Take a 6-week online guided meditation journey where you are led in meditations that focus on enhancing mindfulness, practicing grounding techniques, somatic healing methods, and self-compassion techniques, among others. Ali incorporates poetry, mindfulness techniques, and the latest neuroscience research to weave together tools that you can use both in your meditation practice and in your everyday life, and she guides the group in a way that nourishes the communal aspects of meditation and mindfulness. No previous meditation experience is necessary. The next class begins on Sept. 24, and will be held on Wednesday evenings at 5pm Pacific/8pm Eastern.
